The day starts with a shopping trip with the chef to Campo de’ Fiori Square – the picturesque fruit and vegetable market of in the heart of the city – before returning to the kitchen to grill up your freshly-picked ingredients.

Be greeted by the chef before heading shopping in the Campo de’ Fiori Market, where you will find fresh, seasonal ingredients as well aswitnessing first-handthe rambunctious social lives of the local communities. The Chef will welcome you into an exclusive kitchen in the heart of Rome, then offer you a hands-on, tailor-made cooking class where you will learn, step-by-step, how toprepare pasta from scratch before moulding it into your favourite shapes and pairing with the freshest of sauces: ragout, pesto,orany other you can dream of.
You will then prepare ameat dish or – should preferences dictate – a vegetarian main.
When everything is ready, prepare to enjoy your delicious dishes of starters, mains and sides in the most relaxing of atmospheres. Relax in the intimate environment of your Chef’s living room, open a bottle of vino and enjoy!
